Nobu, Las Vegas

I drank this on July 4.  

It is the best Old Fashioned I've ever had.  
And I had it at a sushi place, go figure.  They used a Japanese Whisky: Nikka Coffee Grain

It was so smooth, even a unicorn's tears couldn't hold a candle to it.
Maraschino Cherry, perfect muddling of the orange peel.
Perfection, just like the entire meal was.
